He is the co-founder and captain of the ship. In the past decade he has been solving problems around monetization and efficiency gains for media companies using technology.

He left Google in 2020, with a mission to start a company that would sit at the intersection of technology platforms and digital media. With that in mind, he set up Rezilient, where  he helps organizations navigate through a constantly changing and complex landscape by building strategies to optimize their revenue. 

In his previous stint at Times Internet he led and transformed the program he led and transformed the programmatic revenue business significantly. He was instrumental in building the ad-solution stack which included many market and global firsts. Prasanna secretly aspires to be a Deep-house DJ and play at international music festivals someday.


Krishna Sadashiv

Krishna is an experienced martech professional with 20 years experience in building technology driven solutions for marketing, ITES and value added services.  At Rezilient, he takes care of all human resources, legal and tech requirements. Prasanna and Krishna have worked on multiple projects and ventures together since 1995. Their joint projects are  in fields as varied as music, travel, job portals and mindfulness.


Chanpreet Arora

Chanpreet is a recognised leader in the Indian Media Industry. Her work over the last 19 years has included launch and scaling of leading international and local media brands in India including VICE Media, The New York Times, Formula One, Times Internet, Discovery Channel and Formula One. She is currently the SVP and Business head of VOOT’s ( Viacom18’s OTT platform) advertiser led business. With a passion for academia, she is actively associated with institutes across Europe & India. She has taught at Reuters Oxford, Stockholm School of Economics Riga, MDI Gurgaon & MICA among other institutions.


Jeremy Gilbert

Jeremy Gilbert is Medill’s Knight Professor in Digital Media Strategy. Both his work and teaching focus is on the content and revenue strategies of existing and emerging media companies. He explores the intersection of technology and media, examining how new tools and techniques will affect the creation, consumption and distribution of media. Prior to assuming the Knight Chair, Gilbert was The Washington Post’s Director of Strategic Initiatives where he led an award-winning team that transformed The Post into an international, digital-first news organization. Gilbert’s past roles included developing a digital strategy for National Geographic. He also taught media product design, interactive storytelling, web and print design tools and techniques as an associate professor at Medill and the Segal Design Institute.

Mihil Bhansali

As the project lead, Mihil’s primary focus is to ensure efficiency and success for projects with the best quality output. He is also responsible for developing and optimizing processes for all business goals. He has previously worked at Times Internet enabling them to refine and reposition their publisher GTM strategy. He has also worked at Nielsen conducting research, analysis and measurement of the Indian retail market, and at an e-commerce startup, Just Buy Live as an Information and Analytics Leader. Mihil is a staunch proponent of urban decongestion and rural skill development and has co-founded a remote co-working space + social entrepreneurship lab in the hill state of Himachal Pradesh. Mihil loves using data to tell stories, quantifying the abstract, and is never too far from a spreadsheet.

Satdeep Singh

He is a focused and creative AdTech Professional with 8+ years of experience leading teams, and collaborations across stakeholders and clients. He provides invaluable contribution in managing all phases of digital marketing initiatives from concept through delivery and optimization. Satdeep is experienced in business development, online marketing, statistical data analysis and market research. He also has an entrepreneurial experience of over 4 years running an ad network and an operations outsourcing firm. He is an avid gamer and chooses his friends solely based on their levels in Counter Strike. You’d need to be a semi pro level or higher to be a part of his close circle.

Malar Vannan

Malar is a Digital Media Sales professional with more than 15 years of experience in desktop/mobile/App/native/social/branded content etc. He has previously worked in companies like Times Internet, Entrepreneur India, CyberMedia and Satyam and held various leadership positions. He has won many awards including ‘Business Leader of the Year 2017 for Entrepreneur India, Media business’ , ‘Best Times Global Partner Sales Leader Award – 2014’, ‘Cyber Gold Award 2007 and more.  After work you can always find him at home with his dogs. His interests stretch from being an animal lover to a Covid volunteer to a passionate trekker.

Arnav Jalan

At Rezilient you will usually see Arnav holding people accountable with his action points, brainstorming on marketing and design ideas, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.  He is always looking for opportunities to apply his learnings to create impact and drive innovation. In 2020, he pitched to Steve Wozniak and won the Prospect 100 Global Innovation Competition. He has previously worked with Reliance Health Insurance and Teach for India. Arnav loves the intersection of design thinking, community, and impact; if you want to get Arnav’s attention, invite him for some pizza or for a game of ping pong!
